On this fitness holiday you'll enjoy an inspiring fitness programme combining fitness classes, hosted excursions where we'll take you to some of the most beautiful places in the area, and an evening run with our personal trainer in the nearby forest.
Our excursions will include a mountain hike, river swim, traditional Tuscan village walks and a day by a mountain lake.
Our holidays are "beyond bootcamps"; we're here to support you on your fitness journey. You'll have a nutrition and training workshop, and every guest will receive a take away training plan from our personal trainer, so you can carry on with your fitness programme after you leave us.
The morning classes will be energetic and will cover different strategies to achieve the 3 main health & fitness goals: Weight loss, toning and body composition changes. You’ll choose the appropriate strategies for you and learn the correct execution of the exercises.
The evening classes will give you a chance to put your newly acquired knowledge to the test, burn a lot of calories and fine tune the techniques under the close supervision of our Personal Trainer.
We can help you with a proper target driven programme to follow in the gym, work outs to support and/or improve your running or create a new fitness regime in your day to day life.
The daily excursions are designed to keep you moving and active during the day while enjoying lovely fresh mountain air and the power of nature.
If you are a runner (or want to be!) our personal trainer will be taking guests on evening runs (1-10k circuits).
You'll have plenty of opportunities to spend time with our Personal Trainer, so you can be sure of lots of attention and inspiration. You can also take time out and rest when you like, visit the spa or explore the area on your own if you prefer some time away from the group.
